The last two years have been a strange and difficult time for our industry. Below are a few companies who have been good to me and are looking for support while we get through this, and I would love you to check them out and help if you can!
I've done nine shows with Folksy Theatre since 2016, touring the length and breadth of the country with open air Shakespeare, Christmas family musicals, and a one-man show about a Scarecrow with seven Puppet Pals. Folksy never cease to be brilliant, inventive and fun in the work they make. They are an unfunded theatre company and they fall through the gaps for current government schemes, and have had to cancel this year's summer season. They are looking for financial support to keep going when we are through the pandemic, and I would be so grateful if you could check out their fundraising page here.

A young female-led company based in Exeter, I had just started touring with Scratchworks when the lockdown was announced. They fuse physical theatre, live music, clowning and comedy, and working with them as Music Collaborator and on-stage musician for their new show Hags: A Magical Extravaganza was a real delight. You should check out their work and upcoming projects here.

Taking silliness to the next level, The Pantaloons are a lovely company with whom I have performed in Play On, their improvised Shakespeare night where anything could happen, and their socially distanced open air production of Twelfth Night in Summer 2020. Check out their upcoming shows and projects here.
